Runik Games hit the high street!

Suffolk Sci-Fi becomes Runik GamesAs Saturday 8 September dawned in Ipswich a dark shadow haunted Norwich Road. Suffolk Sci-Fi had gone - and in its place was a dark, unearthly sign...

Or, to put it another way, Suffolk Sci-Fi is now Runik Games!

Why? Well, you probably know already - but if you don't there's really nothing too sinister about it.

For quite some time now the games have been taking over from the collectibles, and with the rise and rise of Ebay it really didn't make sense to keep a large stock in the shop. But don't despair - we'll still get them for you if you want them. And if you're hunting for them on Ebay keep an eye out for our user ID - surprisingly enough it's runik_games!

Clubs and events

Regular members won't need reminding of our regular gameplaying sessions - but if you're not quite so regular, here they are:

Every Friday 6pm to 10pm: Magic, World of Warcraft, Warmachine and board games

Every Saturday 2pm to 6pm: Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic and World of Warcraft

Entry to each session is £2.50 and the venue is 24th Ipswich Scout Hall, Bramford Road, Ipswich, IP1 5AX. Click here for a map if you've not been there before.

This month's free draw!

This month is your chance to win a Warmachine 'Magnus the Traitor' Battlegroup worth £29.99. And all you have to do to enter is send us an email...!

Magnus the Traitor Battlegroup

'A relic of the dark days before good King Leto took the throne, the war criminal Magnus the Traitor is one of the most wanted men in the known world. With a broken body and will of iron, he wages a vendetta against the whole of Cygnar.

'A warcaster on the run, Magnus finances his private war with mercenary contacts, spending the bulk of his spoils on repairs and supplies to keep his ragtag battlegroup in fit condition. As a grim man of few words, Magnus seems to appreciate the company of warjacks more than men, and none who have seen him in action soon forget his savagery on the field.'

Congratulations...

...to Daniel Gardner, our top-ranking player this month! Go here to see the full rankings, and go here to see a list of the tournaments we're running over the next few weeks.

That's it for this month - but do let us know what you think of the newsletter, and what you'd like to see in the next issue.
