One Toilet Tissue is a loo roll with a real difference

As some of you who follow us on Facebook may already have spotted, we’re now delighted to be selling One Toilet Tissue and One Handwash, both funding hygiene and sanitation projects in Africa. All our profits will help transform communities by providing hygiene education and toilet construction programmes where they are most needed.

One Toilet Tissue doesn’t just take care of your bum. Made from FSC-certified paper, our quilted loo roll is sensitive to the environment as well as being soft on your skin.

Our anti-bacterial liquid handwash not only smells good but because you’re helping families in Africa, you can feel good too.

Make sure you look out for One Toilet Tissue and One Liquid Handwash in your local Morrisons and Co-op stores, especially as it is Hand Hygiene Day today!

Hand Hygiene Day – 5th May

To help promote the importance of handwashing on this Hand Hygiene Day we thought we’d bring you a selection of our favourite handwashing videos! That may sound strange but spare a few moments to watch these and they’re sure to bring a smile to your face. Tell your friends, vote for your favourite and we’ll be spreading this important message around the world.

Do you know of any other good handwashing videos? Or have good comments of your own? Then why not post them on the One Difference Facebook page? And when you do, we'll choose the best and send the winners a loo roll and hand wash goody bag!

Business heavyweights get involved

Ever since we started Global Ethics and the One brand we’ve had the backing of some pretty big celeb names. Their support has gone a long way to helping us raise £4 million and improve the lives of over one million people. We’re delighted to announce that three more names from the business world have joined the One team.

Nigel Trood, Managing Director of Red Bull UK has has joined the Global Ethics board as a Non-Executive Director. Lindsey McMurray, Head of Equity Finance at The Royal Bank of Scotland and Alisa Swidler, VP of Save the Children, have both joined the Board of Trustees at The One Foundation. We know they’ll bring passion, enthusiasm and heavyweight business thinking to our world. Welcome to the One family!

One Community

We’re proud that we now have over 200,000 Facebook fans. Messages have been flooding in from all over the world and we’ve been blown away by the passion and commitment.

A massive thanks to our Facebook community and top fans who continue to spread the word about providing clean drinking water to those who need it. Also huge praise goes to Smivadee who made a fabulous film about his visit to South Africa. If you haven’t already, check it out now.
